What does -le and -eq mean?
I failed to find in on Google
Any one know or anyone have a tutorial site?

It's an argument (If I'm not mistaken, forgot what it's called). In simple language, it's an option on how particular program should be run. It differs from program to another program.

So if you wanna know what does it do, what program / commands are you trying to run?
