Been having a look at this, any good, what do you think?

This appears to be the same technology as Crizal Forte/Hoya Diamond spectacle lens coatings, which are scratch resistant, hydrophobic, oleophobic and anti-glare.

The IndieGoGo link claims:
"[Puracoat] is synthesized to be next only to gemstones in hardness". Softer than gemstones, such as the saphire coating on the Omate.
"...protect your entire device with one permanent application". This would be coating your screen in an easier to scratch material that cannot be removed.
