Guys,
New Build Uploaded to our default download folder.
The build is liquid_bacon-20170813-2345-nougat-.zip
The old user can just download and flash it in recovery
wipe the cache etc and reboot.
A new user has to do the Clean install as explained in OP.
Change log attached

Installing This ROM for the First time.
Download the ROM from Here on Android File Host
get the latest zip
Download Gapps Open Gapps tested 7.1 mini will work fine.
reboot to recovery
backup your current ROM
factory reset is a must.
than wipe system cache
Install Rom
Install gapps of your choice
wipe cache and Dalvik
Reboot
wait for a while
