We have the same bugs for the same firmware version, sadly.
Differences are only about apps, themes, operator settings, and so on... but the system is the same for any version.

Usually that version starts with number 7 in other devices...
Does anyone know if the baseband is different on versions 9.2.A.1.205, 9.2.A.1.199 and 9.2.A.0.295?

It's true, this is the ICS firmware for the Xperia V
In the the Xperia V the build number starts with 9.X.X while in the Xperia TX and T the build number starts with 7.X.X only in ICS, in Jelly Bean the current nomenclature was adopted with 9.X.X, to place similar firmware, as these devices are similar in their characteristics
