Okay. There is no 4.1.2 JB Firmware .140 for Germany. I should use for central europe?

SuperSU gives complete access to your system, just like superuser.
Anyway if you don't like it, after rooting with towelroot you can choose to install superuser from Google Play...
Install Serajr xperia xposed module(not kk version) and enable superuser mod.

I've been using custom roms for a while now (4.4.4) but I'm thinking of trying out the latest stock version 9.2.A.2.5 but I have a few questions and I hope some of you can answer them.
1) Can anyone tell me if that version is more stable and better than the previous jb 4.3 version?
2) Does the phone still overheat and have memory management problems?
3) Which unbranded version/country (singapore, europe, nordic...) is the best and has least bloatware?
4) Do all of the unbranded version have an option to choose gsm (2g) only in network options?

2. Yes and that is the reason for me to move to Omnirom(NeoWave).
3. For me the Nordic have low sound and best i've tried was CentralEurope.

Before i was rolling very often back to stock again but after the last time when my phone cant open the keyboard because there is no memory i moved to NeoWave and i recommend you to do that. Its far better than stock 4.3 and the camera is not that bad at all.

I couldn't flash my Xperia V (LT25i) with japanese fw for AX and VL. I got this:

Are you sure you choose the right firmware for the right model lt25i????
You need to install the drivers: go to Flashtool directory and you'll find them within the Drivers folder (install flashmode, fastboot and Xperia TX driver)
