List of Hboot 2.09 Firmware 3.16.651.3 safe ROMs

Wondering if someone has a quick list of ROMs that play nice with S-On phones with 2.09/3.16 running? I can't seem to figure out getting S-Off but I'd like to try out a few themed Sense ROMs.
