Question Live Demo Unit with 0 IMEI

Hello All,

A friend got S21+ unit which doesn't have IMEI , It's just Zeros

Is there any guide how to let the phone operates normally ??!!

Attached all info related to the device we have.

Unlikely you're going to get a fix for it as all recent-ish Samsung demos (A51, A71, S21FE, S22, S21+, so on and so on etc) will not even recognize a sim card as having been inserted. This may be an actual physical hardware limitation as even if you flash a near matching stock firmware the issue remains. In a way it's smart they did it that way since as a demo you can try nearly everything about the phone, except the mobile data which isn't needed for a store demo, but also a deterrent against retail theft when it's primary function is inoperable.
