loading roms ?

I just finished the idiotproof root/nand tut. in order to flash a new rom do i have to use clock work to flash or can i use the android flash from sd? And if i do have to use clock work to flash do i have to load that from my sd card everytime in order to get that menu?

You can keep using the update.zip fake flash if you want. Or you can install ther permanent clockwork recovery using the instructions here or Amon_Ra's recovery here
