Location of system passwords?

Simple question, I think. Would somebody tell me where WM 5/6 stores the system passwords: ActiveSync, the power-on-password, etc.? (Assuming they're all in the same place.) I was trying to research this and found the details on the Local Authentication Sub System upgrade in WM5, but I'm not so much looking for code, but for file name(s) or registry keys.

Thanks,
Todd

Hi,

try following Reg-Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\Security\CredMan\Creds
I'm pretty sure MYPhone stores it there.

Otherwise you could try this:
- delete ActiveSync Pratnership and (optionally) configured Server (Exchange)
- Softreset your device
- do a full Registry-Export and save as 1.reg
- create ActiveSync Partnership and (optionally) configured Server (Exchange)
- do another full Registry-Export and save as 2.reg
- trasfer 1.reg and 2.reg to your Computer
- compare both Files with "WinDiff"

I hope this helps a bit
