Location settings changing on their own

Somehow my location got turned on from battery saving to high accuracy, wifi scanning turned on, and Google location history turned on. Due to all that, I had a nasty NlpCollectorWakeLock and my phone has been awake all day. Anyone else ever experience this? Any suggestions on stopping this from happening? I'm on NMF26O, Franco r6, twrp, root.

Which of these are safe to disable? I still need to be able to use my location for Google Maps
