Please can anyone help i can't get the sn.img anywhere i tried everything my sn is HA1J4LHS

Dear Xssia, I managed to get my sn.img file 2 weeks ago through the previously mentioned website https://www.zui.com/iunlock. It was not easy, and I first got an error website many times (stating I had not the right access for that resource). But I discovered that was because I first used my laptop to access that site. It only accepts your request when you use your Lenovo P11 tablet. And you will need to sign up with a Lenovo account first ( you can create one beforehand) and afterwards you will navigate to the second website to collect the sn.img file. Not sure what it was called, but it is in the forum somewhere.


And no, for me the website https://www.zui.com/iunlock is working, not in maintenance.

I managed to unlock the bootloader but now i want to root the tablet or use a gsi all this im trying to do is because i want to use the tablet for gaming in pubg mobile and unlock 90 fps zui 14 is very laggy and there's no 90 fps option in the game graphics settings
Can you or anyone please help me im a newbie

The first one, even if I replace in the address with my serial number, give me an error 404..
Second tell me that the number of unlock is reached for today... But I saw some posts telling that it's all the time like that?
Any idea for a solution to get my sn.img file?

Did you wait at least a day after the tablet initially connected to the internet for bootloader unlocking? It can take some time for Lenovo to register your serial number

In that case you can try out this guide. It could also be possible that Lenovo timed you out and you have to try again the next day

Thanks for your answer! I tried that guide already, but my tablet is sticking with a black screen once I try to the "adb reboot edl"... So I'll try tomorrow again.. Let's see

It is supposed to be at a black screen in EDL mode. EDL mode is for deep flashing and can help to recover from a hard brick. We are lucky that Lenovo didn't disable this mode.

Hello!!
I finally have been able to get the sn.img from Lenovo this morning!
Now I would like to unlock my boot loader, but I'm facing a problem, or I'm doing something wrong maybe...
After execution the "add reboot bootloader" command, my tablet restart on the boot loader, with "device status - locked" in red (normal at this point, I didn't flash yet...
From there, I'm supposed to launch the "fastboot flash unlock sn.img" command, but the command prompt remains in < waiting for any device > and nothing seems to happened on the tablet...So I'm stucking at this point...
Could anyone help me to go further please?

How long do you have your tablet? Normally you have to wait at least a day or two after initially connecting it to the internet. If you're using your tablet for some time already you can try requesting the file in a week or so. The Lenovo unlock site can be broken sometimes.

Try reflashing stock ROM through EDL and try again the next day
