I have an SGP521 tablet with an Italian, unrooted TIM branded ROM (CDA 1282-2052, release 23.0.1.A.0.167). If I want to install this rom I suppose I have to follow the guide you posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2-tablet/general/lollypop-t3057435

My questions are:
- can I downgrade to the linked .314 ROM even if I coming from this branded ROM (I don't care about customized content, I disabled every TIM customized app)?
- can I safely install your "customized TW" ROM even if I live in Italy? I don't care about the Italian localization (actually my tablet language is English) but I wonder about possibile radio/modem issues.
- will I lose all my data or I can try to dirty flash the .314 ROM by deselecting the "clear data" option on flashtool and then backup my apps using Titanium (after rooting the .314 ROM)?

Thank you for your help.

That is one way to do it. Instead of using SGP511 ftf file you may use this https://mega.co.nz/#!cN5ykLrL!0w38j4lWIHFm1rZdwexScG9Cpz2BghrSZPpLRkyTcL8 which is for SGP521.
Your questions.
- to downgrade use link in this post.
- I can´t test if there is possibly radio problems. Might be. Nothing that can´t be fixed thouhg.
- You can try dirty flash and Titanium backup works just fine or you can make nandroid backup of your data and restore it later.

I thank u for this liquid smooth rom !

One issue
I cant get es file explorer set to R/W for system.
Any ideas ?
You are welcome. Look posts #26 to #29 in this thread and you most likely have you answer. Easiest way is try first @airbus318 (thanks for that) method and install SD Fix from Play store and run it. If that won´t work try others.

With this method, is the TA partition destroyed?

Thanks,
Ed
You need to be rooted and custom recovery installed before using this. You can use this with locked bootloader and it won´t touch your TA partition (or DRM keys) in any way. If you have them before you have them after. If you don´t have them this won´t bring them back.

Hi

Here are flasable zip files wich installs latest ROM 23.1.A.0.726 which is LolliPop and region this time is customized TW, latest stable SuperSu v2.46 and latest fully working Dualrecovery 2.8.10 (2.8.14 in SGP511 .zip) for Tablet Z2 with read and write acces to system.

Make nandroid backup before flashing.
Install it by flashing whole zip file via custom recovery. TWRP recommend.
Factory reset is recommend if you came from KK. If you already have LP installed this is small update to 23.1.A.0.690 so you be just fine by dirty flashing but dalvik and cache wipes are recommend.

As told by @hasenbein1966, probably bad download (MD5 should be 7b83f786655910a6caef82f0f26fc9eb). You can also check that in TWRP you unticked "zip file signature verification" in settings.
But you may as well want to wait a little because there is new firmware for SGP511 which is 23.1.A.1.28. Downloading it as we speak.

No need to be sorry for. Maybe some more information are needed. I can see from your screenshots that you use TWRP v2.8.6.0 but where you get it? Have you by any chance use "fix permissions" or any other advanced settings? Can you mount system in TWRP? What settings are you using in TWRP mount menu when you start flashing zip? (should be cache, data and external storage and not system). Any other problems with TWRP erlier? Any more information in TWRP logs?
