Is the ZTE Axon 7 as good-looking as you are (despite your receding hairline, adult-onset acne, and massive weight gain)? Rate this thread to express whether you think the ZTE Axon 7 is attractive. A higher rating indicates that you would even go as far to say that the ZTE Axon 7 is a beautiful phone.

Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!

Does anyone have the Quarts yet? I have always been a white phone guy since the SGS3 but I am kinda liking the off gold color. What do you guys think of the gold vs quarts (gray) look.

For me with low vision I like the gold because greater contrast with black area where small nav keys are.

Looks amazing. If you are into grey.
It gives it a less flashy look.

I may be a minority (maybe...) but as an owner of the chinese 6gb/128gb variant I do have to honestly say I REALLY like the faux 'wood embossing' on the speaker covers (they're plastic just like any other model, but for this one specific variant, they went an extra step to try to give it a bit 'more premium' look). That plus the overall gold look is a really nice package to me.

They totally ruined the look of the US version with the hardware keys. Plus they are awful to use. If I could figure out which version(s) don't have hardware keys and can run on US carriers, I would switch.

The only variant without hardware keys is the A2017 ( Chinese ) and the Chinese as far as i know have 3 different variants :

- A2017 with 4 GB Ram + 64 GB Storage.
- A2017 with 4 GB Ram + 128 GB Storage.
- A2017 with 6 GB Ram + 128 GB Storage + Force Touch.

haven't really look into if support USA bands.

I would hate to use valuable screen space for the buttons. Perhaps PIE would be a good option, although I don't mind those on the A2017U

For me the hardware buttons are a plus! They leave the full screen space for apps and they're always available.
yep I guess a lot of people feel the same. The problem is that they badly integrated them for no reason: the ZTE Nubia line has the same 3 capacitive buttons (dot circle dot) and they are backlit and well spaced. Even if they implemented them as a last time feature on the Axon, they already had the experience and the technology to do it well... The lack of backlighting is a real issue. For instance, on a samsung phone if you didn't use the light on the capacitive keys you would intuitively know that they are right and left of the home physical button. Whereas with the axon you just have a bar with 3 keys which don't have their "safe" space. So in the dark, even if you get used to it, it will always be kind of a guess attempt. That's why anyhow, it would great to have the choice between capacitive and on screen buttons, like in cyanogenmod.

I think this phone is pretty sleek, even with a case on it.

The aluminum body and front facing speakers give it a premium look and feel.

The huge screen has many iPhone users envious, often asking me what phone this is. Yeah, it's sexy enough to convert users from iOS to Android.
