Looking for a rom with Gapps pre-installed, working wifi and location services.

I am looking for a rom that has Gapps installed and working, wifi and location services working. I am looking to use my Touchpad for Squares Register app which requires location services to be working.

I have tried a few roms for the tenderloin and I get (status 7) sometimes (status 1).

None of the Roms contain gapps packages, flash it separately. The HP TP doesn't have a GPS(unless its 4G) so the location is provided via wifi and that should work with all the current CM11/CM12 Roms.
