Looking for BackLight Notifications (BLN) for Note?

Any change to get BLN enabled for Galaxy Note?

so if there is notification, display stays on all the time? or you use BLINK method?
i had NoLed pop up last night that i noticed only in the morning and it was on for 4.5 hours. it ate up 40% of battery (or 88% battery usage by display)
