Looking for dirt cheap windows tablet, able to run Windows programs to root Android tablet's, must have USB port and able to use adb and fastboot, as well as mtk flashing tools.

Just looking for suggestions, under $100.

I think I found what I was looking for, I am a Linux user so not much up on windows, but I believe below device will do what I want it to do.

I need to order the windows tablet, and then return an android tablet, I bought the other day to cover the cost.

I think I can make this iView-i896QW, also run Linux from a usb flash drive, if so, it will be a dual booting, rooting, machine.

Update, I had the tablet 1 day, and returned it, tablet simply had to many problems not worth it.

I have bought a different 2 in 1 RCA tablet, which is great, does exactly as I wanted.

Cost was a little higher than my budget, but was worth the price in the end.
