I can't seem to find beanstalk, and the dev's link is down.

This is the preinstall.img needed to root your phone. You need to oem unlock your phone first, so grab up the latest fastboot.exe. if i remember, the commands would be

Fastboot oem unlock
Fastboot oem unlock *inset numbers and letters that appeared here*

You use fastboot.exe to run the fastboot commands above to unlock the bootloader

Google it, you should find it combo'd with adb, both are useful

AtrICS does. You will end up with the dead touchscreen strip i mentioned though (screen still works, but touch will not. Its a 3.1 kernel thing). But auto rotate will help you work around that.

It is about a quarter inch wide and runs from top to bottom probably a half an inich from the left side. No touch response in that strip

Correct. I believe there is an updated kernel that you will need, but link should be in the thread

Ok i saw this and the other thread. Idk if i have the cm10.1 kernel, i found a zImage file, but i'm not sure if its the one that matches what you're looking for

AtrICS-v2.0_20140107.zip is the one you want. The one you were looking at is to get rid of ads. Use one of the recoveries that you see there. I prefer the touch recovery, but then again i'm a fan of the old philztouch and twrp. I don't recall if the webtop partition is in there too, but i did see flashable zips there to take care of that if needed
