Looking for official 6.0

OK i have a galaxy note 3, verizon, rooted, and locked bootloader.
Yes i have tried everything to unlock the bootloader, but it wont.
Is there an official 6.0 that I can odin? im not worried about any warranty crap blah blah.
Everything i am finding is talking about flashing TWRP, and I cannot unlock the bootloader.
I am on 5.0 and pretty sick of it.

Locked or unlocked, there is no official Android 6 for the Note 3.

update, got it unlocked, and twrp, i guess i had an adb issue
