Looking for the RUU specific to HTC_060 - Indian Version

Hello XDA community,

I tried looking all the pinned threads for the HTC U11 RUU in general/guide section but I could not find RUU for the Indian version with the CID: HTC_060. The phone is S-ON and it is soft-brick as you could understand from my requirement. Being S-ON, I couldn't change the CID to SuperCID.

Hence, I am looking for someone who can provide correct RUU for the HTC U11 Indian version with the mentioned CID Number. Thank You.
