Looking to root and enable dual SIM, TMO variant ,IN2007_11_C.45

I'm currently on the latest up to date T-Mobile software.

I have the unlock bin

And I really just want to root and unlock dual SIM I don't want to put any ROM or anything on currently.

I can't find anything on how to root for this version
IN2007_11_C.45

I can't find anything specific to this version only older ones.

Can anyone help?
