When filming, the preview window gets really choppy (maybe 5FPS), and it films at 30FPS with the end result being a 'fast-motion' video that runs at four times the correct speed.

have you tried in very good lighting conditions? for example outdoor, on a daylight

I would just like to mention that I do love the camera, but it seems the device can't enter deep sleep after flashing it. I've tried the camera on two different roms with the same outcome. Is it just me?

No problem entering deep sleep with this one flashed.

I am on rr 10042017 by hrafninn. The hdr captured image, but not hdr image

It worked on RR v5.8.5 20171004, but it need to be tested tomorrow. I'll report it after overal testing. Thanks a lot for your work.

Slow-mo does not working. I recommend you guys to try Snapdragon Camera, bundled with features. So far I used it for video recording, it even has video stabilization which is very nice. Totally recommended

Yes, for some users, after flashing this camera, phone doesn't go into deep sleep, so battery drain occurs. To uninstall, you have to dirty flash current rom.
