Confirm recents are broken. Weird behavior - instead of normal panel it shows one full screen last app. Switch to slim recents till it will be fixed.

I want to know whether its quality is equivalent to stock oxygen OS camera or it is just equivalent to modded google camera.

Try flashing this zip, then when you reboot, go to oos cam details, and clear its data and cache.

You literally answered your first question. LOS and RR statistics have been removed from the ROM.
There's no mention of the LOS privacy guard, so yes, supposing Eliminater hasn't made any changes to it, it should be present.

But won't it mess up HDR+ in GCam? the last two builds are based on a different unofficial build where HDR and HDR+ both work on the respective apps.

It might.
Actually, it probably will, not only with HDR in GCam, but also GCam functionality as a whole (at least that's how it was in 7xx).

You decide which app you like more I guess :/
