Yes, I also face that issue so I role back to the privious update. in july security patch this problem start from the august patch we dont know when this will solve. If you get the solution then also provide the solution, I am waiting.

yeah dont know why this is happening... just stay on july patch or downgrade to last android 11 firmware and flash a gsi on top. (MTP BROKEN)
