Lost wifi (and most probably mobile data too) after upgrade to IN2015_11_C.16 from TMO oneplus 8

Everything was working fine, and I decide to upgrade... but now lost wifi and most probably data too, I dont have specifict modem to flash. Help please! Thanks

use msm tool

I just reflash a fastboot previous version and start over... Not gonna try to update again soon haha... With msm tool you also mean to roll back or msm tool could fix it?
