Loudspeaker crashed

Huy guys , loudspeaker on my sensation is crashed. During incall or any notification sounds are distorted!
I replaced it twice but is the same.
I bought an xe loudspeaker, would it be the same, right? Or xe and normal sensation loudspeakers are different?

Did you tried a wipe maybe a app or mod is causing that problem
