low battery temp warning unable to charge

I have tried without success to get rid of this issue. I changed out the USB board twice and still same issue.So counting the original board I find it unlikely to be three bad boards. I did replace the power switch as well and that seems to be fine now. The phone was never really ever wet at all and is mint physical condition.

Any ideas at all would be appreciated.

I am running Alliance build 30 for a long time without this issue.
