I was on RR 5.8.3. I know this has to be the result of flashing something, but I can't seem to figure out what. I had the GCam 60FPS mod in the mix somewhere, and while trying to fix it I tried HAL1/HAL3 disable/enable zips but to no avail.
The real kicker is this. I TWRPed/Titaniumed before trying the newest RR 5.8.5, and after restoring, the problem is back. This is seriously pretty confusing.
