Low ringtone/notification volume fix?

No, I haven't found a solution and the phone is still brand new in the box since it is useless if I can't hear it ring!

I also have a 3XL and the ringers and notifications also only come out of the bottom speaker but at a higher level.

I know someone can or has already figured it out.

I will install the new android 10 to see if there is something changed and I will report back.

Sorry for my late response.
I installed android 10 and I didn't notice any change.
So, because some apps don't work in android 10, I installed android 9 again.
Also I found a workaround for the alarm sound.
I installed omniclock from Google play. You can select sounds from music stream, so the sound is very loud!

I installed both maxx audio mod and V4A. Now sound comes from both speaker. But it's still slow. I'm on Android 10.
