It's not working for me. I get bootloops, and wiping dalvik or using the volume button to disable xposed doesn't help. I'm now restoring my backup.

I suspect the issue is too many apps. It's currently optimising 360 apps (system and user). Even removing 49 system apps means I still have more than 300. I reckon the Xposed-modified ART compiler crashes if there's too many apps, and that's why debloating can help.

I'll probably wait until Xposed is updated.

Did you try clearing your caches? Thats a solution for any loop I encountered in any of my attempts. I had 402 apps with no boot loops. Did you do it from a fresh install? I do think the xposed framework has some issues.

No I didn't do it from a fresh install, which I reckon is the problem - one of my user apps is probably causing the bootloop.

I think I might have only cleared Dalvik, which made it "optimise apps" again and then bootloop. I should have cleared the regular cache too.

How to (fresh install):
1. Backup (I cannot express this enough)
2. Do a full wipe
3. Flash a prerooted LP
4. Reboot into system
5. Run byeselinux for recovery fix
6. Let it reboot into system
(INSTALL A KEYBOARD AT THIS POINT, IF USING THE NO KEYBOARD VERSION)
7. Reboot into recovery
8. Flash one of the zips below (do not reboot)
9. Flash xposed arm
10. Clear cache and dalvik-cache
11. Reboot into system
12. Install xposed apk and your modules, reboot after enabling modules

Wow, thanks, it's work, but why you uninstall What's News? I can't update Sony Apps anymore :((

I'm not sure what people are talking about with these 'Play Store' compatibility errors, as I haven't run into any of them.
I installed Real Racing 3, Relay for Reddit, the XDA app and FolderMount and haven't had any issues as yet. Are there any apps I should test, that people are having issues with?

In terms of the Xposed functionality, I managed to install GravityBox without any issues.

I later decided to try some other modules, like App Settings 1.11 (which worked), Burnt Toast (which worked) and GravityBox (which also worked). Interestingly, Lolistat worked for me too, despite the fact I also had GB enabled.

I have this problem too. Tried to install again System/priv-app/Updatecenter/updatecenter.apk. The installation goes well but I can't find any icon. I tried also to install an other updatecenter.apk even moving it to the same directory but nothing. How to have it again..? Thanks in advantage!

Does not fix the play store issue on Xperia Z2 :(
Tried using z3_mini_debloat_for_xposed_with_kb (DIRTY Flash)
By fix do you mean remove it if you encountered it already? That it won't do. What it will do is not let the issue arise. I was only able to remove it by doing a fresh install of LP.

I'm not exactly sure which apps need to be removed to get xposed working correctly. So, I started by deleting Sony apps first. All the ones I could at least. Its their firmware so I figured if any app is causing the boot loop issues, I would start with Sony's.

I'm not sure what people are talking about with these 'Play Store' compatibility errors, as I haven't run into any of them.
The issue is certain apps, after a few minutes to a day, show the message "Your device is not compatible with this version" in the play store. If you have the app installed already or were able to download it before the stores detection then it won't say that until you uninstall. As someone pointed out, this is probably due to the framework being deodexed, which was the case in some ICS fw devices.

I wouldn't install it with the package installer. Do it manually with a file manager, like root explorer, by creating that folder and adding the file inside. Be sure to set the folder perms to 0755(rwxr-xr-x) and the apk to 0644(rw-r--r--). Then restart. I've done it with different apps like modded games and it works every time. No need to wipe any cache, it will do the single file optimization on start up.

I'm not sure why this debloat script didn't work for me (I still had bootloops), but I have Xposed working after running this one instead. So if anyone else is still struggling, try that script :)

It removes a lot more apps, so I guess that's why it works. It doesn't remove What's New.

Someone can confirm if all works if i stay with all apps (deleting wipe_apps.sh and wipe_papps.sh)?
If you delete these 2 files then the zip will do absolutely nothing but display meaningless text in the recovery window. These 2 files tell recovery which apps to remove. You can, however, pull the two files out of the zip and open them in a text editor. Remove apps you want to not delete from the list, save it, and add it back into the zip. Replacing the old one inside. Use 7zip to do this easily.

For me it worked too but after a day, the Play Store shows this message on the most apps (The app is not compatilble with your device). Is there a way to fix it?

Hi when i debloated G-FACE's rom a notification saying my sd card was damaged and i was unable to mount it. Before i debloated the rom the sd card worked perfectly.

I have restored to my kitkat rom for the time being and my sd card is working. I am just unsure which removed app could be causing this.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Are you on a deodexed rom? That's the only time I've had the play store issue. Its been a couple days for myself and I still haven't ran into the Play store issue using this debloat. Did you do this on a fresh install or had you tried other ways prior?

Yea that's a new one... Im not sure, to be honest. I've only used/created this for stock LP.

On another note... I was bored so I wrote an app. Its an easy way to manually debloat your android. It scans and shows every apk file in your system directory. You can filter out folders by "app", "priv-app", "other". It will also perform a backup before removing, or remind you to backup if you didn't select the option to. All backups are stored on the internal SD card under the folder "Debloat_Backup". I will be adding a restore feature to it if enough people find it useful.

Download Red's Debloater Now
