Guys I have a major problem

I've updated Magisk and now my PIN no does not work after reboot so I can't access my phone
I've tried to reboot in TWRP to reflash the ROM but can't seem to do so
Also in ADB my device is showing as unauthorised so can't reboot into recovery that way

Please is there anything I can do

boot into fastboot mode (1. Turn off phone completly. 2. Hold Volume Down button and connect usb cable to phone. 3. Wait untile you see fastboot mode on phone screen) and reflash twrp

if twrp works, but not installing (unable to mount data for write?) change filesystem to ext2 (will probably fail) and then back to ext3 - if needed with system partition too - now installing definitely should work

Got into TWRP after 20 attempts and reflashed the ROM, all seems fine and I've removed the PIN code from startup

On a side note do I use the B350 boot image to restore this B356 ROM back to stock or is there a B356 boot image I can use instead

In Lrs Rom B356 is the Insecure Boot.img integrated

On reboot, it no longer recognizes the PIN and I can not access the device.
The PIN that I enter obviously is the right one and at the first start I can not use the registered fingerprints.

Hi,
Through magiskmanager installed on the ROM, I can not update the program itself. He asks me if I want to install the new version (5.6.1) but if I press OK nothing happens.

Can I install it simply by downloading the APK from the official page and then installing it as a normal APP?

Hi Mark, same thing happened to me, boot into TWRP and reflash the ROM, that's the only way round this

Morning

I've resolved the issue with the Sound Recorder app missing, just copied it from the original B350 Rom file and put it in the system/app folder & rebooted...voila the app is now showing up and all my recordings are accessible

Still don't seem to get an outbound ringtone but I can live with that
