We have put together a spreadsheet what shows exactly the LTE Carrier Aggregation bands the XZ Premium supports.
Information comes from the config files present in /system/etc/customization/modem/
We have made this a bit more readable than in those config files.
Based on 1st system image 45.0.A.1.229 for Xperia™ XZ Premium (G8141). Will update the tables when changes in upcoming builds.

Following is analysis of the CA combinations available in the big table. Highlights of where you can expect the most most performance out your XZ Premium or where are artificial caps set by Sony limiting the LTE CA capability.

Good news
XZ Premium is 4CA (4 LTE bands aggregated) ready(allowed from device side) in following countries and operators.

Using B20-B7-B3-B1 in Germany, France, United Kingdom ,Italy, Spain, Sweden and Turkey. Czechia - Vodafone, Poland - Play, Switzerland - Swisscom, Moldova - Orange, Poland - Orange, Romania - Orange and Slovakia - Orange.
Using B7-B7-B3-B3 in Taiwan, Singapore and 1O1O/One2Free/New World Mobility and CSL in Hong Kong.
Using B7-B5-B3-B1 in South Korea (except Olleh)
Using B8-B7-B3-B1 in Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore and SmarTone-Vodafone in Hong Kong.

Also. 4CA via 2+2 Contiguous bands
Using B7+B7+B3+B3 (7CA-3C and 7C-3CA) in Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Australia and New Zealand. Czechia - Vodafone, Poland - Play and Switzerland - Swisscom.

Bad news
Using bands that are available in the networks, but the XZ Premium has software limitation based on MCC or MNC.

Quick answer: Yes
3 of T-Mobile bands are supported by XZ Premimum

If you load up US sim in the phone, then it will use the CA combinations from "usa_mccs" list.

Initially you will not have VoLTE for calling for sure.
