Once you flash the custom ROM, you have to perform hard reset

press power button + volume down the phone will vibrate release the power button but keep volume button down until you see exclamation mark ! In the screen, Then press Volume up –->Volume down –----> Power ---> Volume Down , your phone will reset and reboot and it show a spinning gear while the phone is reseted

Today I found my old Lumia 625 and started to play with it, and after some struggles, custom ROM works.

here are steps which I took:
1. Unlock bootloader
2. Flash stock ROM from this thread
3. perform hard reset
4. Flash Win10 ROM from this thread
