Lumia 520 IMEI repair

Hello friends,

I have a Lumia 520 with Windows Phone 8.1 and, after loan the phone for my friend, he returned the phone with no IMEI. He said that simple made a factory reset and the phone still in "airplane mode". Verifying on configurations, I see that the phone has not IMEI number anymore.

How do can I restore the IMEI number of my phone?

I just tried the Windows Device Recovery Tool, but the IMEI number still blank.

Same problem, funny how Nokia(Microsoft) do some stupid "bugs" like this and then chooses to ignore them...
