I downloaded the Windows 10 Update on my Lumia 520. When my phone rebooted to instal it the gears icon showed up and were spinning, the white bar began to fill up. Once it got to the end the phone turned off and rebooted itself, going back to the gears icon.
Now the bar doesn't even fill, the gears keep spinning and after a couple of minutes the phone reboots itself again in an infinite loop.
I have tried a soft reset and it didn't stop the loop.
I tried a hard reset but the exclamation icon wouldn't come up.
How do I stop it from looping and properly boot up?
I'm trying the Windows Phone Recovery Tool but it won't recognize my phone, any help there?
