Lumia 640 LTE "we are working with your mobile operator.." problem

Hi guys, I still have a problem with Lumia 640 LTE. When I try to update to windows 10 mobile thru Updrage advisor, I get this message "Lumia 640 LTE "we are working with your mobile operator..". I try to update thru insider app but is impossible to find a build for my device. Obviously I have Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 15165.177. Now I have a doubt: Is this phone officially supported to get W10M?
