I just bought my 710 two days ago and I used this guide:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=26697553&postcount=117

The only thing you might need to do that isn't mentioned in the guide is to take the battery out and put the phone in OSBL mode (hold the Volume Up button and connect via USB) when you want to install the unlocked bootloader with NSS.
Thanks...this is for both bootloaders?i saw somewhere that there are two bootloaders..one with qualcom and one with nokia dload???and also after im installing this bootloader i can install any rom?even official?

1) If you have the unlocked bootloader you can skip to the section on installing the custom ROM. There is a test to check which bootloader you have.
Turn the phone OFF, then press and hold VOLUME UP + POWER until you notice a short vibration. Plug in to the computer. If the phone turns up in disk mode (USB Mass Storage Device), then you have an unlocked bootloader. IF you're in Windows, it will ask if you want to format the disk. SAY NO
2) You can install custom ROMs with the unlocked bootloader. You can also revert back to the official ROM as well.

The guide I linked you to in post #2 has a link to the Nokia Lumia 710 Downloader.
I have unlocked my bootloader, which is now a Qualcomm bootloader, having previously been NAND locked. How do I use the tool to install a custom rom - for example, the Rainbow rom or the Metro 7 rom? I see how to run the tool, but how do I get the rom files into the system in the first place?

Press the 'Download ROM to Nokia Lumia 710' button and then browse through to the ROM file you wish to install. The ROM files can be found in the first post on each corresponding thread.
