lumia 800 crashes randomly and after loading music

I have a nokia Lumia 800 on the Telecom NZ network, it randomly crashes, and resets itself, basically stuck on the Network Provider (TelecomNZ) logo after reboot. Also noticed after I add music / videos to my phone it crashes. This was happening before I upgraded to new Nokia and Windows Phone Firmware, and after the Nokia and Windows Phone Firmware update.

Current firmware:
OS Version: 7.10.8773.98
Firmware Revision Number: 1750.0805.8773.12220
Hardware Revision Number: 112.1402.2.4

Please Help...any ideas!?
