Had my O2-UK 820 RM825 since the 13th Nov and over several days it developed a fault.
Whilst the screen was off for any length of time it would not resume or respond to any input and involved a battery pull to get it working again, I tolerated this for some time then did a factory reset and the problem persisted, It is going back and am awaiting a replacement but I just wanted to make this known in case anyone else has the same problem or it means there could be a bad batch, I will update when the new handset arrives and hope I am not faced with the same problem.

Had the replacement phone for several days now and all working fine, Must have been a bad handset before, O2 were very quick sending out a replacement, Top marks to them :)

ok

Nice you have managed to exchange it quickly. I also have this phone and no problems this far, I have it for about a week. like it better over 920 because of it's design and that it has easy removable battery+microSD support.
The fact that the screen has lower ppi doesn't bother me, in fact it's hardly noticeable, the AMOLED screen does it's job very well, color are crisp ,text looks great so I have no reason to exchange it with 920.

I am glad to have seen this.

I have had mine for a few weeks, and when I put it on charge in the morning it is quite often unable to start up. It starts up if I put it back on the charger, this is just a pain. As it has caused my alarm not to set off as well.

I will get in touch with O2 and see if I can send it back.
