When Microsoft rolled out windows 10 mobile, Lumia 820 was not included in the list of devices supported for windows 10 mobile upgrade. Later, on twitter, Microsoft confirmed that there will not be any second wave.
Recently (on 5th of May, 2016) Microsoft released a documentation specifying the minimum hardware required for Windows 10 Anniversary Update. It states older lumias with MSM8960 (Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus) chipset (refer section 2.1 Table 6), 1GB of RAM for WVGA display (refer section 2.2 Table 7), 8GB of flash memory (refer section 2.3.1) is eligible for windows 10 mobile version 1607 upgrade. These are the exact specifications of Lumia 820.
So, can we expect Lumia 820 to get windows 10 mobile upgrade?
