This technique is awesome... and thanks to developers for this technique but in lumia 520 and other all phones are not working wifi,bluetooth,simcard,camera so after flashing this phone like toy its use only for listening music....... please upload tutorial for rollback to windows 8.1 ......

720 has wifi working, so the first post is inaccurate. Even so we have told everyone upfront those other things don't work right now, not sure why you expected them to work. For now this project is basically a toy device. It will be able to do more in the future.

@mattschwantes Is the Wi-Fi part patched in the source code? I want to make builds shortly after the August security patches are merged for Lineage OS.

I've given everything to Sam to patch/update. I thought he had done and built already, but maybe there is a delay? There's really not that much to the wifi fix for 720. 52X is the big pain that is disturbing my sleep.

Maybe you can request write access to the Android4Lumia repositories from @SJR (Sam). I really want to make a Lineage OS 14.1 in some days since there are no Android 7.1.2 based builds by him.
Is it a kernel patch?

Not really kernel related. You just need to push correct WCNSS_QCOM_WLAN_NV.BIN to the correct location. Only problem is it gets overwritten by a symlink during the build process. Someone would have figured this out eventually. Unfortunately this only works on 720. 52X has a different issue.

Can you fork the device tree repo and fix it?

windows8.1 is back in my phone.... sim card and all process are normal
