lumia bewitched, it turns off and then back on by itself, and another problem

guys, same problem lumia 800 turns off and on by or if, after loaded does not start,
it is possible that a new phone is to warm his breath before turning it on?? him if he flashed can I fix these problems?
ps under warranty I have replaced it with a new one .... but the same problems!

It is possible to have issues with network try to turn off 3G. And you dont need to reflash just make hard reset same effect. But if your phone was replaced probably wont help alot.
