Is it likely that group messaging will not work until an official release? That's really all that's keeping me from staying on this rom

Ya just wipe system and flash, no need to wipe dalvik, that's just for apk changes
It looks like the update-script is formatting the system partition before mounting it:
unmount("/system");
format("ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/system", "0", "/system");
mount("ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/system", "/system");
I'm not trying to give you a hard time but if only cache needs to be formatted when updating from an earlier release there's an option in TWRP to do that after flashing the ROM, which makes the process even easier. :)

I clean installed the first beta, then dirty flashed every beta since up to 5, just wiping dalv and cache, all working fine! Beta 3 5 is running really well, launcher is smoother on stock kernel too :)

The sticky pull down settings is still there sometimes, not noticed any other bugs yet. Will test battery on stock kernel then on others.

Hope this will help the devs :)

Two questions:
Setting/Mobile network settings: Does 4G toggle stick?
*#*#4636#*#* under Phone Info, what does it show under "Set preferred network type"?
It says WCDMA and once you do that it switches back to 3G. To get the LTE icon I used the Nexus 4 LTE modem flasher app (on google play) and applied it to the build.prop. After it rebooted I went into settings and toggled it to LTE and it switched.
