oops - here#s the second stroke
Well I'm gonna use the 81c from flo as a template, then delete out everything specifically related to flo for the template, then fork the template over to mako and add in all our mako specific changes and then the aosp and newer binaries@sykopompos so you will be making a clean fresh build from flo 81c as base for mako

Yeah, you got the run-as in yours. It should be the same for the n5 but I'm not sure so to be on the safe side, I would prefer to have it pulled from the n5 specificallyoops - here#s the second stroke
Edit: havn't seen that ramjet73 was meant...
some things you can't change - take them as they are...Spending half the day just making new repos and then forking them, that's not really productive at all in the grand scheme :/ . I needs faster upload speeds

Sorry!You missed /bin/run-as @ramjet73
Thank you. I already started the template fork so I'm gonna have to wait to push that up to the n5Sorry!
Attached is an updated zip with all four of the files so you have them all in one place.

Ah, it allows me to relax and chill a bit on a Sunday where I really don't feel like doing any of it.some things you can't change - take them as they are...
That's fine. I'm in the middle of installing an updated ROM on my Note 8.0 anyway.Thank you. I already started the template fork so I'm gonna have to wait to push that up to the n5

Oh geez man, you know how slow development would come to crawl around here if I was working with that slow of upload speeds???Some months ago (anno 2014!) our chancellor Merkel said in an official statement: 'The internet is new territory for all of us'...
I belief she meant me - so my provider gives me only 768 kbit uplaod bandwidth:laugh:
I guess, it's not ' L ':laugh::laugh:That's fine. I'm in the middle of installing an updated ROM on my Note 8.0 anyway.

Not yet....I guess, it's not ' L ' :laugh::laugh::laugh:
Yea, I really like my Note 8.0. Perfect combination of portability and usability and loaded with features like the Spen.Staying busy as always I see
This month SAMSUNG lost a lawsuit in Brussels against the EU in case of warranty for rooted devices - So in Europe it is legal ATM...Yea, I really like my Note 8.0. Perfect combination of portability and usability and loaded with features like the Spen.
Too bad it's from Samsung and I voided my warranty after upgrading to KitKat 4.4.2, which includes the KNOX enabled bootloader, and flashed a custom recovery.
It's possible to root the stock 4.4.2 ROM without tripping the KNOX flag using Towelroot but flashing any unsigned image, including custom kernels, ROM's and recoveries, trips it and the warranty is immediately voided.![]()
The Nexus devices are so much nicer to customize, at least at this point. :good:

Damn, that really sucks. I guess you are gonna have to wait for Samsung to update to L because any other way would trip KnoxYea, I really like my Note 8.0. Perfect combination of portability and usability and loaded with features like the Spen.

I could have sworn that apple lost that fight and that rooting/jailbreaking does not void your warranty? This month SAMSUNG lost a lawsuit in Brussels against the EU in case of warranty for rooted devices - So in Europe it is legal ATM...
You're right it was that fruit corporation - but the European Parliament handles their lawsuit as pattern for Mobile Devices generally...I could have sworn that apple lost that fight and that rooting/jailbreaking does not void your warranty?
