Phil is it possible, practical to add a passphrase / PIN to use recovery
Case in point, my kid rebooted my phone to recovery... Cause he was bored and curious, and because of a fairly intuitive interface and useful settings (kudos to you) installed a incompatible kernel that I had in my normal download area

Not to protect from the thief or hack, just to keep idle minds out

OMJ and I created a flashable recovery package.
We included your recovery and I wanted to get your permission to have it in there.
If not I can remove it.
It is an Aroma installer that flashes in recovery.

Please let me know if it is ok or you want it removed.
Sure
No problem to redistribute my files, but just give credits and link to main thread

Update 6.43.6

F2FS flag is now enabled in recovery for ability to convert between f2fs <-> ext4
Data backup migration is also possible

All f2fs migration things are explained in the FAQ

Phil,
Is it possible to have the recovery support encrypted /data
(Ask user for PIN...etc.)

When I encrypt my phone,
AOSP > settings > security > Encrypt phone. I can no longer mount my /sdcard while in recovery (which is a symlink to /data/media/0 and therefore was encrypted by the above process)

Is it doable? Would that feature have to come down from CWM? If so how do I get my "wishful thinking" to the right folks
