M8s always reboots after a few mins

Hello, i had bought a m8s on ebay.
It works for a few Minutes and than it reboots.
OS Version is 2.20 S-ON
I unlocked it and try to flash TWRP.
It works but i can not get in TWRP ... i always put me backin bootloader screen.
I also try to flash stock recovery but it doesent work to do an factory reset.

Bootloader says that the Software is Modified.
I try today 15h to solve this problem and i have no more ideas. Guys can u help me with some more ideas or solutions?
I also tried the solutions in the m8s ruu theard but i was not able to find the right ruu 2.20 so i did not work.

I am on marshmallow and only can use fastboot boot recovery.img to sideload (download from computer thru USB) a temporary TWRP 3.0.3 for the M8s found here in the M8s forum. This is a one time use twrp and will be gone after reboot and disconnect. It will not flash it's too large for that partition. It can be used to create a backup or flash a root zip. There isn't much else I find of interest in customizing the phone.

you have to flash with htc_fastboot! That works 100%. I made it to install a custom rom but now i do not have an IMEI
