Hello friends,
I posted a decently deep analysis of the differences between the Honor Magic V and the Huawei Mate X2.
My post can be found here: https://ultramunch.com/honor-magic-v-vs-huawei-mate-x2-a-comprehensive-analysis/
Hopefully this answers a lot of your questions regarding these two phones, but to summarize:
I hope nobody falls for the lies and deception that is going around that the Honor Magic V somehow has Google services on it or is able to easily load Google services. It's easier to get Google on Huawei at this point since it's been around for much longer!
Let me know if you have any other questions about these 2 phones!

Hopefully this answers a lot of your questions regarding these two phones, but to summarize:
- There is no known / reliable way to get Google Services running on the Honor Magic V (at the time of making this post)
- The Honor Magic V has a better processor on paper, but the overall feeling is slower than the Mate X2
- The Honor Magic V has a vastly inferior camera compared to the Mate X2 (probably not a surprise to anyone)
- I did not really conduct any battery life tests as I thought this was not really very interesting since the Honor Magic V is already so inferior in other ways
- Mate X2 prices seem to be dropping, so between the two phones the choice is not that difficult
- Some awesome members on here --> ThatsYisy have posted some amazing tutorials already about Mate X2 Google Services
