I managed to grab the boot animation from H2OS system files and I love it. Looks better than the old plain OnePlus animation. I have created a magisk zip file to download. Also the bootanimation.zip for manual installation.

Magisk Installation (Recommended):
Before installing Magisk Module double check you have a bootanimation.zip in /system/media/

Magisk Manager Method

  1. Download the Magisk Module zip
  2. Open Magisk Manager and go to Module Tab
  3. Click the + icon on the bottom and select the downloaded Magisk Module zip
  4. Wait for it to finish then reboot

TWRP Method

  1. Boot into TWRP Recovery
  2. Hit Install and navigate to the Magisk Module zip
  3. Flash then reboot

Manual Installation:

File Explorer Method

  1. Download the bootanimation.zip file
  2. Navigate to your /system/media folder (some phones use different folder location)
  3. Find your original bootanimation.zip, and rename it to bootanimation.zip.bak
  4. Now copy the downloaded bootanimation.zip into /system/media/
  5. Set the permissions for the bootanimation.zip to RW-R-R (0644)
  6. Reboot!

Agreed, I couldn't believe it when I booted up an H2OS box the other day, felt really cheated lol.

Thanks for bringing this to us :)

No luck on 3 using Magisk. Now trying through TWRP.

PS: It won't work either way. OOS OpenBeta23

It didn't work for me. Could you tell me where did you correct?
I can confirm it too. Won't get installed via Magisk.

Try downloading the mirror link. Sometimes the download from mirror links work. I can confirm it works in Magisk 14.0 and 5.3.0 Apk

So I know this will probably be low priority, but would you be able to upload a version that's full 1080p/1440p with the animation centered? The V20 bottom-aligns animations.
Ok. It will take some time.

    Sweetness lol

Do you have a module for the original animation?

No. To revert back just disable the module.
