Edit: Solved. Install Magisk 24.x. Hide Magisk app. Enable zygisk. Add ICBC app to Deny list.

try zygisk (magisk canary) with the denylist enabled, if not try zygisk + shamiko (module).

i dunno, i upgraded to v24 then use the "rename" function in magisk (make the app something other than magisk) and then use zyogte hide and now the icbc bank app works

but i cannot get pass face verification
