V1 boosted has slightly more volume from the ear piece.

Is this not working for the January update? Doesn't seem to be working at all. On stock with the stock kernel if that helps
I had an issue where playing audio in Firefox would only play through earpiece. main speaker was not used. I like Firefox for the adblock features for YouTube. Not sure if this can be fixed or not. otherwise great mod.

I remade the magisk zip files for regular and boosted one,
working on the latest stock Pie with Magisk v19.3.

I'm into the /system/vendor/etc directory, but the only file with "mixer" in his name is this one.
Btw I noticed someone has mentioned viper.

I tried by replacing the file with the one you sent and rebooted but nothing seems changing... Even flashing again the module it seems not working
Sorry for my stupidity, but how do I disable stock studio fx??
Go to System/Apps and toggle view system apps from upper right corner, search for AudioFX and force stop then disable it!

Actually I looked for it but the only thing I found was musicfx, but I guess it's the same.
I've disabled it and flashed viper but actually it seems not working anyway... I tried by removing and reinstalling the module itself but nothing happens... I think I'll give up
Seems like Essential decided to change the audio paths on newer builds!

Flashed the MAGISK_Essential_DualSpeaker_v1. Works great on Android 10 October update. Thank you.
i'm using this now (boosted version), works, however, the bottom speaker is like 100x more loud than the ear speaker
at max volume, it's barely audiable at arm's length away (i used finger to block the speakers)
honestly, I was pretty much expecting this to be the case
