I flashed zip and installed apk's but not working..do i need some 3rd party theme app to apply theme? If so, it would be more convenient to user and maybe battery also if it integrated to butterlimits.module?
If you are taking about the themes, I believe they are substratum themes and need to be applied using that app.I could be wrong though
thanks for your help.. i know theres another threah for a theme, just proposed also that this thread mod would include similar theme in future@baxtex @z00man
Please keep posting in a right thread and not in wrongthread
ButterLimits is different and That theme is different, they are does not relate to each other in anyway.
For theme, please read there carefully
It's a Substratum theme, you need Substratum Theme Engine https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=projekt.substratum to apply this overlay/theme.
Please follow the instructions.
And it's PureBlack theme only not grey.
I said on first version. This mod it is no good.Alright, so to avoid spamming Bluespark's thread, i'm going to reply here. As you refered to me in a forum thread, i reserve the right to do so here as well.
- Yes, i was frustated with Butter limits, because it was overheating and wasting a lot of battery from bluetooth. That did not happen with stock 18.104.22.168.
- I was using stock kernel of course. I did NOT use Butter and bluespark at the same time. After i uninstalled Butter, i installed bluespark and had the same problems. Someone told me to dirty flash the stock rom to clean any Butter leftovers. That did the trick and the phone wasn't overheating anymore with bluespark. So, sorry to say, but Butter was the culprit.
- Yes, i have posted here. Actually, one time, i was complaining about the same problem as another user. More than once, i said the phone was overheating. So, yeah i talked about the problems i was having (and not alone on that).
Not sure if this link will show my posts, in case it does not, you can search my posts here by searching posts by my username of course.
Listening youtube stuff on my car via bluetooth is something i do frequently, but the mod makes it waste more battery than normal. So, i had to uninstall it.
I understand you spend considerable time on this mod, i called it crappy, because it was clear to me i wasn't the only one facing problems that a battery saving mod shouldn't have. In no way i wanted to offend you. In fact, i can only thank for many developers time for making mods/software very useful to us, phone users. I know about linux, computers, etc. So i know the time and dedication needed to make stuff like this.
